Hey all, just a quickie.. im flying back to HKG Friday night, overnighting at the Regal airport.. My son (13) and his grandmother are arriving HKG 5am from SYD.

Im WP, flying KA to FOC.. Will I be able to take them both to CX FLounge ? I was there last weekend and noticed a family of 4..

We are all on the same flight from HKG - FOC

Hmm, this is a funny one - it's possible the family of four were all travelling in F or two of them were WP/OWE.

I have clearly seen on the CX lounge guidelines at the entry to both The Pier and Wing that OWEs are allowed to take 2 guests into the F lounge. However, on an occasion where we tried to do so, they told us it was only 1 guest. We didn't have much time, so I didn't point out their posted guidelines.

Having said that, not being there now, I can't confirm that they still say that - I reckon check them out again when you're next there, and if they do state 2 guests, point this out if they refuse entry. The worst case scenario (which shouldn't happen anyway) is that you get sent to the J lounge - at least that's something. :)
