Access to Admiral Club at LGA when departing from Concourse C

Is it possible to go through security at Terminal B Concourse D to access the lounge and then later on proceed to the security checkpoint at Concourse C to catch an American Eagle flight? I may be dropped at LGA early and don't want to spend too much time in the prison corridors...

Apparently some people have even been offered airside transfer on the tarmac using employee bus:shock:
