About to SYD-DPS-SYD in J with Garuda, join Garuda Miles or credit to Skyteam?

Hi all, flying SYD-DPS-SYD with Garuda in J next weekend. Should I join GarudaMiles? Should I credit to Alitalia (I'm status matched Frecca Alta Plus but no activity)? Should I credit to Delta or do something else? Normally I'm 100% Velocity and have no plans to increase Skyteam flying in the near future. Thanks.
