Was wondering where my driver parked my ride.

Weird. Arent there traceable records of ownership?

Maybe defunct airline or private corp parked and then in the midst of paperwork, law suits, the cost of claiming it - it got lost in paperwork. Im sure it happens. I remember when I worked for a large private parking company and State Rail "forgot" they owned/parked a number of vehicles in one of the carparks for almost a year and had to pay tens of thousands to get them out. With all the staff turnover, someone put the rego paperwork in a draw and the cars were forgotten until I finally got someone at State Rail to acknowledge that they were their vehicles.
