For those that haven't used it, check out:

AAdvantage eShopping(SM) program

You can earn AAdvantage points with many US based retailers. If you search through the site there are more retailers listed than is first apparent. I bought a small Apple laptop from J&R through this AA website & recieved 3300 points, not bad for a US$1100 purchase. They took a while to post though, about 6 weeks in this case.

I am pretty chuffed; if I had not gone through AAdvantage I would have gotten free shipping but that was only $18 in this case, so the 3300 points are well worth it I reckon; especially as they are much more valuable than QF points.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
