For those that haven't used it, check out:

You can earn AAdvantage points with many US based retailers. If you search through the site there are more retailers listed than is first apparent. I bought a small Apple laptop from J&R through this AA website & recieved 3300 points, not bad for a US$1100 purchase. They took a while to post though, about 6 weeks in this case.

I am pretty chuffed; if I had not gone through AAdvantage I would have gotten free shipping but that was only $18 in this case, so the 3300 points are well worth it I reckon; especially as they are much more valuable than QF points.
