One Mile at a Time is reporting that not only has the aircraft type been upgraded from a 787 to a 777 but AA is not limiting the number of seats it sells on the flights, suggesting the airline thinks the passenger cap will be lifted by the time it resumes service. A comment, allegedly from an AA employee, suggests that may not actually be true, however.
And then there's this rather humorous comment: "I believe the flights have a 14 day stopover in Nauru as Australia has facilities there already."
