Im really annoyed with the Fiji call center, my last 2 award bookings in J I have had to book through the USA call center, get them to hold, then ticket though the Fiji agents with my Aussie CC
My 2 awards were SYD-BNE-HKG-CDG-LHR-KBP
And
COP-DOH-PER-BNE
I found the available seats on QF and BA searches.
The Fiji center couldn't see any Y or J on SYD-BNE on my dates, the AA website showed every QF flight with Y available no J and the US agent found J availability for me as reflected in the QF and BA searches.
Same on the return the DOH-PER sector, Fiji agents couldn't find a seat but USA came through for me.
So just a heads up to people that might have the same issue, don't give up call the US for a second opinion.
