Just curious if anyone has ever had to e-mail AA via the Customer Relations site (regarding comments/concerns/compliments etc.), and if so, how long it took to get a reply?
I've sent two e-mails about two weeks ago and haven't heard anything back aside from the generic confirmation e-mail. I understand each case is subjective but they were only simple inquiries that involve little investigation on their part.

edit: just to throw it out there, the inquiries were regarding missing Status Credits and my QFF anniversary is early June so, hence the urgency.
