That’s really really cool. Forgot I could zoom in and out until I accidentally did in the coughpit, but that’s where I needed to anyway

Thanks for the link… I do note the fans in my laptop are going mad now though :p

I note that the pic of the J cabin is "Emerald City" aka rows 11-13. Where are you Serfty?

I note the rego plate in the coughpit is F-WWSK so still registered to Airbus at the time of the pic.

You can also tell it hasn't gone to Qantas yet because the A380 in the main view has four engines.:lol::lol:, but great link

All I can say about the coughpit is WOW!

I noticed that in F class, the screens are on the side. Wouldn't you get stiff neck if watching a 2 hour movie?

Hi Delfredo,

After takeoff you can turn the seat to sit facing the screen, the table then comes out from the right hand side and this is also the direction you eat/sleep/do everything else..

you are then required to be facing forward again for landing

(Got an upgrade to F 4 weeks ago SYD-LAX.. was hoping to get an upgrade to F on the 747 on the return but the A380 Engine problems killed that chance.. came home on a 2 class 744)

Cheers

How did you manage an upgrade for the A380? I thought that's a rarity?

I was on discount/restricted J, Called up the WP hotline and said i was having issues putting in for the upgrade so they did it for me..

got the J -> F on the SYD-LAX, the bed was really nice.. i actually overheated a few times from the blanket..

F is great if you are on your own, but when i go again with Mrs Fuzz J would be best as we can sit together.

Lucky you! my strike rate for A380 J-F upgrades is 0/4 so far. I always travel in D fares and thought this might be the reason, fingers crossed for next request

F was 1/2 full so i think i got lucky :)
