A Very Long Way to Bridgetown

Enjoying the TR Princess Fiona.
I've never done SCs run before but it looks like fun. I assume all these AA flights are in F, how many SC you earn per flight on average?

The figures range from 80 for the Business legs to 180 in F to HNL.

Boarding went smoothly for the flight to BGI. Another B763, another bulkhead seat.
Then the dreaded "mechanical issues" announcement was made, followed by Federal Law states that you can voluntarily de-plane but please stay at the gate
After over 2 hours onboard the maintenance was signed off and we departed.
I was feeling very relieved and desperately tired at this point. We eventually landed in BGI at 2326hrs.
Needing some matchsticks for the eyes, immigration was over and done quickly and it was a short taxi ride to the hotel in Bridgetown. It was pitch black and warm but I settled happily onto my balcony and took this picture


I calculated that I had been on the road for 37 hours straight from the moment I left my hotel in downtown LA until my arrival at my hotel in Barbados
Time for a well-earned rest for the next couple of days !

700 - 350 each way.

I'll post a few photos soon. Barbados is beautiful, really easy to get used to and like the rest of the Caribbean very laid back

Great Report thanks..looking forward to the photos....we did similar but to SJU a few years ago for about $1K return so prices have gone up considerably
