Received this e-mail today. Not really 'quick'; 5-10 mins by their telling, longer if you want to answer all the 'Tell us why you said ..." questions (these free-text boxes are very good for conveying what's good/bad). Took me 10-15 mins.

I get them every 3 to 6 mths. I always take the opportunity (where I can) to complain about the disappearance of CRs, fuel fines etc.

The questions also vary and tend to skew towards one or two aspects of QF / QFF.
 
I wish I'd get one for the call centre today. Could hardly hear the operator as some guy was yelling in the background amongst other various voices and spoken English was very unclear. And this was for the 'premium' line. Wasn't confident she'd sorted it so HUACA. This time completely different experience and things were sorted.
