Hi folks,

Just made a points booking with singapore air, Air Canada being the carrier. Hoping to select my seat but the SQ website won't let me, and so far (it's only been a couple of hours since the booking) the Air Canada site doesn't recognise the PNR.

I can't find a separate AC PNR anywhere in the paperwork... Should I call up SQ? Or just wait?

Cheers,

Danny

You can call SQ & they will most probably give you the Air Canada booking reference, however, I don't think that you will be able to select seats, just request them. No harm in trying though.

happy travels

Confirmed (for anyone in the future with a similar problem) - SQ gave me the AC reference over the phone, but sadly the AC website won't let me select seats. Glad it's business and I'm not running the risk of the dreaded middle seat for 14.5 hours!
