Hi All,

I have just changed my CBR-MEL-CNS in J to CBR-MEL-SYD-CNS 16th April all because CBR-MEL is showing as a Dreamtime 1-2-2 configured 767. What is the likelihood of this flight changing to a normal 767? Also I have scored a A seat!

Thanks, B330

There's not many of those 763 left - I was supposed to have one two weeks ago - scheduled from 4 months out - changed two days before to a horrid ZX. :-|

Is that normal to have B767's scheduled CBR-MEL? Correct me if I am wrong. I could believe B767's from MEL-CNS or MEL-SYD or SYD-CNS.

Lots of freight on some flights + busy busy busy brackets around federal parliament sitting dates.

Posted on a wing and a prayer ...

There are 5 Internationally configured 767s, not sure why the change of flights is required though, CBR-MEL is hardly a long flight to require the space! Now BNE-DRW, thats worthwhile, and a huge difference.

There is often a morning flight early in the week operated by a 767.

Ah yes - parlimentary sittings - our taxpayers money at work. If not parlimentary sitting week that must be a very empty 767! That must really screw around with the QF B767 fleet schedule as well - as I imagine only about 1 in 2 weeks of the year are actually parly sitting weeks, and they are pretty random in their timings.

One flight a weekday has been a 767 on and off for about 6 years. Leaves Melbourne as QF804 at 7:05 and returns from Canberra as QF811 at 9:10

I fluked one of these a while back.. was great having both the aisle and window in J!
V1213 did exactly as you did, but the aircraft was changed out, unfortunately, for a regular 767.
