No restriction in the T&Cs on ASAs either.

Is it a targeted promo? I didn't get any email from QF about that.

I got the email and am only NB. I have flown 60SC's in the last month or so though.

I wonder if these can be combined with the Acquire registration offer.

Also, when they say 50% extra points is that also on top of status bonus? ie (1,000 pts +25% status) +50% of total?

I (SG) received a similar but different offer, with 50% bonus SC for bookings in the next week flown before Feb 22

are there two separate offers going around? the OP has posted a bonus 'Qantas points' offer whereas some of the other members (myself included) have received a 50% 'status credit' offer.)

I need DSC more than extra points - I was really hoping for DSCs!

My understanding is that the bonus covers the base and the cabin bonus, but probably not status. Maybe Red Roo can clarify.

I received bonus points email today also. Not SC's.
Pretty much a useless offer. 50% bonus points- Why bother !!
Already re-qualified for WP in 3 months. Won't get near WP1 so no point with the bonus SC's email either.
Thanks QF though, it's the thought that counts. ;)

I got the 50% more SC version. No use, as have already requaled for Plat and no prospect of reaching P1.

But I registered anyway .

Unlike AA the membership year with QF is all over the place depending upon when people signed on, so it is hard to know the reason for the marketing but there must be some reason, nobody markets without any agenda, at least with AA everyone has to finish their status issues by Dec 31, this is why you often see substantial marketing in Nov/Dec as in the 100% bonus on AA metal NOV/DEC last year.

I wonder if these can be combined with the Acquire registration offer.
?

No it cannot be combined that way. The aquire rego offer is for bookings made after 1 Dec. this offer is for bookings made from 22-28 November.

Had a DSC earlier this year, and now the 50% points offer when I'm 20 SCs away from requalifying WP. Not sure if I have any use for it though.

Am I reading the terms and conditions correctly? If I book JASAs, will I still get the 50% bonus status credits?

Just for reference, I got the Status Credit offer and my renewal date is 31st of March 2014 - already qualified for WP so SC's aren't needed.

I presume they offer you the thing you don't need on purpose - cynical I know but if it was a 50% points offer I would have taken it up, oh well.
