Few aviation reddit comments from pilots on the video suggests they didn't have any reverse thrust, spoilers or other braking action until the end of the posted video as main gears were also not down until almost the end of this video.

and the other pilot cautioned they were too fast. The other pilot made additional comments regarding the aircraft’s excessive speed throughout the remainder of the recording. There was not a consistent verbal response to the comments about speed.

I know they say wait for the investigation and so on, but starting to get to the point, how did the Captain slip through Check and Training to get this far. Surely would be small alarm bells along the way. Crew not looking good here. The approach video was enough for many..

Yep, braking before you actually land tends to be minimal.....

There were many points at which it should have been discontinued. What has gone on here verges on the criminal.

A small item I noticed, was the the captain was 55, but with slightly less that 8,000 hours. Assuming that's total hours, it's a very low figure for his age. By contrast, at 55, I had about 17,000. So, that makes me wonder about his history.

Anyway, the CVR timeline is quite telling. The issue throughout is not any height divergence from the nominal 3º path, but the aircraft's speed. Think back to high school physics with regard to the effects on energy of additional height, versus additional speed.. For any vertical or speed offset, ALWAYS fix the speed first.
