Hmmm, I'm very tempted to book something around Christmas with this now, assuming economy award space is available. With expensive Christmas fares this is probably a fairly good use of points anyway.

Question is, back to Adelaide or stay in Queensland somewhere?

I'm guessing it's just on VA metal not partner airlines. The T&C's state that this promo is valid "across our Australian domestic network." It also specifically excludes flights to Christmas Island & Cocos Island, although that's only useful for WA right now.

The book by date is the killer: It's hard to book flights when we don't even know when the states border will open.
