Now hang on. I *am* in the market for some new Bose QC20's. Most of my travel is for work, so my points aren't used for much. In my case it's not a total waste.

Nevertheless I'll buy them in Hong Kong next month.

I had a look out of interest and couldn't believe the prices, 48,000 for a pair of $300 headphones.

Hmm I could upgrade my September flight to PE for 45k or I could get some headphones for 48k right now!



*I'm not actually doing the upgrade either tbh, I've already burnt my small supply of points
