Anyone planning a late quick trip to anywhere ?
I think I need a holiday prior to Nov ....Tokyo I would love to return to but the flights are a bit more expensive than usually (thugby world cup ?)
Wondering if I could cope with a quick trip to England.
Someone did am amazing trip report on going over and spending a day in England and returning

Yep, off to NZ tomorrow, double status credits! Catch up with friends in Kerikeri, eat at Mekong Baby in Ponsonby, and wander about a bit, hope the rain that is forecast isn't too bad.

Maybe the last dsc run? Dunno. However this trip will get me very close to ltg.

@love_the_life, no motorsport involved with this trip. Only coz I couldn't find anything that was on!. :)

I am putting the final touches to a trip to AUH and NUE end of Nov/start Dec.

Oh, I did go to London for dinner last year, but I don't recall doing an amazing trip report. @dfcatch did an LAX In'n'Out run a few years back.

Just sounded quite amazing

Yes!
September: Presently at Hervey Bay, whale watching/swimming, because it has been a bucket list item. Loved the Qantas Link Dash 8 flight Brisbane to Hervey Bay flight attendant announcement on our Sunday flight: “for those of you who need a taxi at he airport, please let me know and I’ll radio ahead your request.” (!!) We made QF platinum this year, but flew economy for such a short flight. It was great to check in at the business counter and enjoy the QF business lounge in Melbourne.

November: Mike Ball Dive, live aboard dive trip from Cairns-Lizard Island to Raine Island to witness the largest Green Turtle rookery in the Southern Hemisphere. J QF.

Okay, not technically 2019, but I’m *so excited* and this trip was booked in less than 24 hours only last week:

January: Received a Qantas click frenzy travel email last Monday, and uncharacteristically booked our trip on Tuesday, another bucket list - five weeks in Africa, specifically a trek in Uganda to see gorillas, Kenya, including Giraffe Manor, Tanzania for Serengeti, Zanzibar for diving, and Cape Town, including Gansbai for Great White Shark cage diving. QF J, while platinum, and apparently means we enjoy the first lounge in Sydney, including a spa !

I am but don't want to spill the beans and put a mozz on it.. time will tell

November:
Syd- Sin ( Singapore A380)
Sin-Icn ( Korean 777)
Icn- Atl ( Korean 747-800) then return in reverse order.

I have a trip end of this month which I've totally failed to get my act together on. I've got a flight in and out of Morocco but the rest of the trip is total shambles as I lack motivation. However, I find I work best under pressure. I'll start my real planning a few days before departure. Also thinking of a trip to Hawaii for Thanksgiving and Europe for Christmas.

Still have a trip to Vietnam in October, contemplating going to Wales for Rally GB next month, plus Rally Australia in Coffs Harbour in November.

Speaking of Coffs Harbour I am playing Coffs Golf Club on Monday and Bonville Tuesday

A quick trip to Taupo, NZ may be on the cards for Dec... Finally the passport will be wiped clean of the dust and cobwebs from no use in the past 12mths. (mind you that's debatable given it's only NZ! 😂)

Ok Russian cruise booked and sorted. Got a decent price on flights to London for them.
Sooooo getting excited and now need to book excursions
