Be careful with that, there are issues with foreign VISA cards and topping up via apple pay. MasterCard is fine, just VISA.If you have an iPhone you can get a digital Suica or Pasmo card straight through the Apple Wallet. See below link, it's very easy.

If you already hold a physical card then you can also convert it into digital. The cards will be set in express mode, so you don't need to unlock your phone to tap at the gates.
JR East did something a little while ago and broke VISA basically and afaik they haven't fixed it properly yet.
