Hi guys been lurking in the background for a while (90 flights later, now have Platinum!)

Anyway, I am taking a family member to Hong Kong in late May (holiday). I would like to stay in a hotel/apartment with 2 bedrooms, something like you can do with Quest Apartments here in Australia. The budget is around A$200 per night (A$100 each).

I have spent some time browsing accomodation sites on the web, and have not found any 2 BR places. Maybe I am looking in the wrong places?

Does anyone know of any decent (clean, safe, nice  ) 2 BR accommodation in HKG (Kowloon area for 6 nights)?

Thanks people!

Welcome to AFF !
Thats called earning Platinum the hard way ! (Don't worry there is a few of us here who also fly discount economy most of the time)

Sorry i cant help with 2 bedroom places but i did just check my corp booking engine and see some places that would fit in your budget (just or a little over) and just get 2 rooms ?
Let me know if you need some hotel names and maybe you can see if other booking engines have similar prices.

Stadoobie,

Have a look at Hong Kong Apartments - Serviced Apartments - Accommodation

I just did a google search for Hong Kong Apartments. I found two that may be OK.

Good luck.

The Metropole Hotel Hong Kong

My family of 4 stayed there last June. While they don't have 2 bedroom suites they can do interconnecting rooms for a total cost of around $190 per night. The rooms are a little dated but very comfortable, there is a free shuttle to the subway and ferry terminal, it's close to the ladies market, has a couple of restaurants and a pleasant roof-top pool.

Email them direct at [email protected]

They also threw in a full breakfast package for us, and it's quite an impressive breakfast buffet.
