When I called up at -2 (legitimate balance of 2) there was no mention of it and he carried on and made the booking.

Ah thats good to know, not that I was too worried - it wouldnt be hard to prove the actual balance, but was half thinking I would be in for a battle

Then it's only a problem if you aren't allowed what you are entitled to!

Most call centre agents will be able to recognise the duplicate sectors and determine the correct number - you might just need to prompt them initially.
