1E and 1 F on Ex JQ Birds A330-200

Are these seats any good Currently have 2D allocated but the above are available. What is the configuration is it middle seat with the silly tray?

There is no tray in the middle between 1E/F; if you want this, stick with 2D which has the benefit of no one in front.
