Gold Member I went cool on US gift cards when two e-delivered gift cards failed from a different gift card supplier as those cards had been emptied before I received them. Had the problem at DSW and Ruth's Chris using gift cards from raise.com.
I did get the money back by back charging Raise thru my credit card but I missed out on the 20% off that I thought I was getting.Five cards worked out of seven.
I am looking at different suppliers now as well as Costco as they have Flemings cards.

Thanks for the heads up Cove. It's certainly not something you'd expect so I guess it's now buyer beware on these sort of third party offers.

I can't actually use the offer myself since all my upcoming Hyatt stays are outside of LOFTAP but will certainly bear it in mind next time I'm tempted to get on the gravy train.

Just be aware that the previous owner of a gift card could use the one sent to you. Always pay with a credit card so you can back charge a failed gift card. Raise took their time on the second failed card so I used American Express to back charge them.
I only have Jerrys,Flemings and McCormick and Schmicks gift cards sourced from Costco US at the moment and Mrscove wants me to forget trying to get savings from gift card traders. I have not given up......
