I am in the same boat, oops plane! I need 110 SCs needed to retain Silver, but have a major RTW booked in July which is obviously earns a number of SCs, but it is after my May renewal date. Do you think QF might offer double SCs to me knowing I have big flights booked after May?

April has seen a mass double SC offering made in the past few years, with increased competition I don't see what will change this year, as Airlines try to maximise the last few months of earnings for the financial year.

Is the double SC sent out to individuals on a selective basis or is it a program wide offering?

I just got a double SC email yesterday offering double SC between now and end of April, when my Silver is due...

Just while we are on this, if I activate a DSC offer, will that apply to bookings that I made before I activated the DSC offer?

I'm pretty sure that the DSC offer is only valid for bookings made after the offer goes out. Silly I know but it's a way to squeeze additional booking out of people
