On a smartphone you should be able to block the number so they can't get through but as far as they know you're just not answering.

I'm on night shift next week for 8 weeks so basically the phone doesn't get answered during the day. It's set to silent when I'm sleeping.

So a conversation about talking to the rep is moot when it's mute. :mrgreen:
