Me and SQ are having a bit of a hate-fest at the moment.

I booked an online upgrade from Y->J to clear some expiring miles, and it didn't apply the 15% discount. OK, I thought may have been a website error (the SQ website is not exactly known for it's perfection). Followed up, and I am told by customer service this only applies for bookings orginally made online as well, not for bookings originally made by TA or phone. Problem is that this is not clear on their website .... but alas CS says cannot.
