The email just arrived from QFF, so they are still being sent out. I have never received this offer previously.

My transfer from AMEX MR showed up in QFF on 14 August. Bonus points not credited yet. According to the T&C, today is the last day for the bonus points.

You will receive a 15% bonus on the total amount of Qantas Points transferred between 12:00am (AEST) on 8 August 2014 and 11.59pm (AEST) on 15 August 2014. Your bonus Qantas Points will be rounded up to the nearest whole Qantas Point. Please allow up to 10 working days after the offer has closed for the Qantas Points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account with the description 'Card Transfer Bonus'.

I transferred from Citi on 12th August. Points showed in QFF account the next day, and the bonus points on 22 August. :)

I encountered the usual "Zulu time" bug, with a transfer initiated early on August 8 showing up as August 7 on my activity statement. Bonus points credited for a later transfer, but not for the first one.

I must agree with the claim that their IT team is "amazing".

It's likely why my transfer at 12:30am on the 8th August is uncredited?

It's strange though. It shows up in Qantas as the 8th August but the description states 7th August (probably PH time).

I'm not sure if it helps but after an email and two phone calls to Qantas Customer Service (because they apparently don't follow up) I was told that I'd need a signed letter from Citibank confirming the time and date of the transaction as well as the timezone in which it originated.

Well played Qantas. You send a letter along with an email to bait me into transferring points. Your system can't handle it. So I have to waste time following it up...

If I had been sent an email about this promotion, I would have taken it up. As it was, I was overseas at the time and only got the letter when I got home, by which time the offer was over. I have about 33K to transfer so an extra 5K would have been a nice little bonus.
