15-45% bonus Qantas Points on transfers from cards (possibly targeted)

I received a new offer today:

15% for <=500,000
25% for 501,000 to 2,000,000
40% for >=2,000,001

Expiry is the 14th February 2019.

Neither do I and I don’t believe they were targeted. If an offer is targeted generally activation of the offer is required. Without activation or registration requirements anyone who transferred points should be eligible for the offer.

Ok, after much fighting I finally received my bonus for the first promotion.
But was the first promotion 2,000,001 = 45% or was it 2,000,000 = 25%?

I've stupidly transferred only 2,000,000 and received only 500,000...

Has anyone got the previous email from November? I swear it was to 1,999,999 the 25%
