Hello. The 131313 and 131211 lines tonight are on a recording saying -

Welcome to Qantas.
We are currently unavailable to take your call.
Please visit qantas.com or call back at a later time.

Anyone heard this before and what is the usual cause / length of the delay :confused:
 
I'm getting this as well :( Given it's not even giving us any voice menus, it must be a fairly serious outage, but no idea what...
