Qantas Hotel / No voucher input

Currently trying to book a hotel on Qantas, willing to use a voucher.
The voucher input doesn't seem to be present towards finalisation of the payment, on chrome / Firefox at least. On the Qantas mobile app, the voucher input is there, and I get an error shortly after when I click on pay. Wondering if this is a known issue.

It should be there at the final payment section, but even then I’ve had the rare occasions where it errors.

I’m assuming you’re getting the error just entering the voucher?

Is there a min spend on the voucher?

Otherwise, you could just call up (they answer pretty quickly) and try a book over the phone. I had to do that when they changed their system and PC vouchers stopped working.
