Issues adding lap-infant to a partner booking

Managed to find a reward flight on ANA metal (Star Alliance Partner) using Krisflyers points. Flight has been ticketed.

When I called up Singapore Airlines to add the lap infant, they said I need to contact ANA. When I called up ANA, they said I need to do it via Singapore who is the ticketing agent.

Do I just need to call both airlines repetitively until I get an agent who can help?

I'm expecting to pay 10% of the cash fare. Just need an agent who can ticket my infant and add to existing booking.

ANA is correct, you'll need someone at SQ to add the infant to the ticket, it will be 10% of the revenue fare. I guess keep calling until someone knows how to do it, alternatively try the live chat?
