Wow I only received 5 k Qffpoints !Yep, I received two calls about this today also. The first was a generic call to acknowledge there was an issue and to say my link had changed if I wasn't already aware (if anyone would like to use my referral link, please PM me.)
The second was from someone onshore to thank me for helping them fix the issue to give me 20k 'good will' points. Pretty happy with Qantas' service recovery on this.
interestingly the bonus points did not count towards my Points Club tally.
