I’m also a winner, had it verbally confirmed by Citi but yet to receive the points.

Looks like my points balance has just gone up by exactly 12,500 but I can't seem to find the line item in the activity statement... Anyone else?

My points balance has increased by one million. No entry on my activity statement.

Mine has increased by 25k, the transaction is dated 7 July 2021 (it's 25k and labelled Citibank Credit Card Bonus Velocity Points, it can't be anything but this).

Opened the Virgin app but still wasn't showing any increase in points. Went to 'Velocity Activity History' and it just refreshed with 25,000 points!! Woohoo

Seems I missed the original email but I've won 25k, can't complain! Citi sent a new email prompting me for my Velocity number, so check your inbox if you haven't already won! You had to give them your Velocity number by 28 October, so don't delay.
