Latest offer is out to get a Rewards Maximiser if you do not have one. The yearly fee is not mentioned though...Normally it states if the first year is waived or has to be paid:

I called up and was informed $192 is the NORMAL annual fee for this card.

I was also advised if this web offer waives the annual fee for the first year it would not show up in their system anyway...

So only the weblink really knows the answer hah....
