Hi Guys - First post.
I am a QF Platinum but have a unused 1.4 million points in Altitude points.

Most of my travel is to HK or US.

Altitude says that it equals about 12k in travel with them so screw that. What are the expert opinions on what the best option for me is.

Cheers

Leave them there and transfer as you need.

Singapore Airlines probably the best option for transferring. Can use on star alliance partners to get to US for 140K in business class (=280K altitude pts). So 5 such trips are worth more than $12K....

Other options are Velocity (for flights on V Australia to US or Virgin to HKG), Malaysian (can be good, but taxes are high). Air NZ is there but usually worse value than cashing in your points for travel.
