This is way outside my experience... Recently flew CAI-CDG-SIN-SYD. KLM issued e-ticket (074 prefix) CAI-CDG-SIN operated by AF, then SIN-SYD by QF. AF issued boarding pass listing the flight as QF82. Can I credit it to my AA account? OR does the 074 e-tckt throw a spanner in the works...

Flying AKL-SFO next year...used Avianca miles to get 2 seats on the UA service. Too late to get anything ex OZ but great sale fares on NZ to position at AKL... Checked FT for seat recommendations... and bagged the 2 considered "best".... Pleasantly surprised to find we get Arrival Lounge...

Flying JFK-BRU in a few hours... in one of the "throne" J/C seats on SN's A330... Should be good! Currently sitting in the LH SEN lounge and pondering on the unusual access rules... One doesn't get in here on a Business class ticket... but my NZ *G card did the trick.... Happy of course -...

Making my way to CMB on an AA 35k Business redemption CBR-MEL-SIN-CMB. As originally booked it was to be a 767 ex CBR then a 744 ex MEL. Checked a week prior to find the 744 had become an A330.. so a little miffed.. but hey, substitutions happen. No (apparent) priority check-in at CBR...

OK.. I think I understand the benefits (accomodation/meals/visas) and rules here... more than x hours until first availble flight and so on.. BUT... what sort of itinerary would meet these requirements? Seems that (say) SIN-DXB-LHR never would - as their are flight pairs available with shorter...

Wow... I was on the phone for less than 15 minutes.... Fed the (very pleasant) agent the QF/CX flights I'd checked on Awardnexus... no problems at any stage.. Except paying the taxes.... She had some trouble with State and Zip code... Seats assigned..... itin already available on AA.com...
