Took only one email to BeemIt to make them admit the error on their end. They refunded the missing payment back to my credit card. Great customer service. It's a shame they don't accept prepaid and credit cards anymore.

Nope. ATO is grouping multiple payments into one which makes it harder to track. I.e. 1k payments done on fri-sat-sun would be grouped into one 3k payment upon receipt in the ATO payments summary. Thanks for sharing your experience. One of my payments through BeemIt to ATO has also gone missing. Can't figure out which payment exactly is it as ATO groups multiple payments into one. Narrowed it down to a data range. Just messaged BeemIt, will see where it goes.

Have 7 of them now and I churn. In May, I opened 4 new ones specifically to pay off a hefty ATO bill. Was surprised they were approved one after another in such a short time span.

Had this issue after bank blocked my card. Unblocked the card but the error didn't go away. Messaged BeemIt support, they suggested to force close the app. After doing that, the payment went through. Not sure if that actually helped or it was just because of a one day wait before trying again.
