I think a couple of people have misunderstood. I plan to check in 2 pieces of luggage weighing 15kg each. On the qantas website it says that if my ticket only has a baggage allowance in only kg then I can bring as many pieces as long as the combined weight is under 30kg. But the dash 8 flight...

For me, on the app, it says 30kg checked baggage at the top but then if I go through the individual flights it says 23kg x1 for the dash 8 and 30kg for the international. Which is why I’m confused

So the first leg of my flight is on a dash 8 (1x 22kg) and I connect to an international flight (30kg). So normally the baggage allowance on my international flight would apply to the domestic one but on the qantas website it says that dash 8’s are an exception. I’m planning to bring 2 pieces...
