After calling VA, i know why points are not showing up. Because I used points plus pay, and I am not eligible to accumulate miles. Sounds a little bit unfair even Singapore Airline allows to earn points in proportion to the amount that I've paid with my credit card.

I took Singapore Airlines from Sydney to Singapore last week by using Velocity membership. After a week, still haven't seen the points to be added. Why takes so long? Many airlines can do it very quickly.
