Thanks for the advice, I wasn’t quite sure where to start. I called Pathology and the test results simply state Influenza A, they said I could call Emergency and get it amended but I’m not overly concerned was just curious. They said it was an error on the discharge summary.

Best gluten free meal (necessary not choice) was EK out of FCO. Worst was QF out of SIN. QF was a single dried up chicken breast with no sauce at all, white rice and some limp bok choy. Ironically it was just what I needed as I was recovering from gastro.
