Ok. That's up to you. Once you send the email and specified the date of the cancellation then the policy is cancelled. If they take out additional payments apply for a refund of those payments. Ok. Thank you very much.

Thank you Dr Ralph. I have sent an email yesterday for the policy cancellation and got their autoreply- do I need to call them by Fri. if I don't receive their confirmation of cancellation as the next payment is due on Monday? Thanks.

May i ask which card you are using specifically for paying to "self bank account" and which method you are choosing- EFT or BPay- as some cards don't give points for BPAY payments. Also can you please explain how to pay the same credit card ? Thanks.
