The GR Barbera is a good wine. The last bottle i tried was the 2012 which was really nice. Didn't buy any of the latest vintage as i loaded up on the Serralunga 2012 & Cerretta 2013. Just bought a few cases of Fletcher Barolo & Lange which have to rank as some of the best value buys from these...

Have been buying Giovanni Rosso for years. Incredible producer. In the past i was happily procuring them from the importer but couldn't resist when i saw VM's offers. Snapped up 9 cases given some were $50 - $90 cheaper than the importer. When it comes to Barolo, Bordeaux, Burgundy provenance is...

Thanks RB. Must admit i'd never heard of them. Just took a punt as well on their 2013 Temp / Grenacha for only $15. 95 James Halliday & 94 Campbell Mattinson. I bought it based on the latter as that's a pretty decent score for him. Fingers crossed its drinking well.

If anyone's keen on Serrat my broker just called flogging the chardonnay, pinot & shiraz viognier. Bought enough of the SV to bury in the cellar & sell at Langtons as last check it was about $90/bottle. No Grenache available which is the best wine they make IMHO.

Hi Cruiser Elite My VM broker insisted i buy a case of the 2009 GB Corryton Estate Single Vineyard Barossa Cabernet. Pretty decent at $60 and great for gifts given the packaging. I'd buy the 2010 at the same price if available. Where did you buy it from as i'm not sure VM are flogging it...

    Vinomofo Wine Deals

I bought a case of the 2004 about 10 yrs ago and literally only finished off my last bottle a few months ago which was still drinking superbly. For me the 2004 Reunion is a superior wine to the other vintages the Fo' has had lately, so when i saw the offer i boomed 8 cases for me & friends. No...

Re: Vinomofo Wine Deals - Squid Ink Happy Friday everyone. Can anyone confirm or deny whether today's black market Yarra Cabernet is indeed Warramate? I bought both the 2013 & 2014 Warramate Shiraz from the fo and was pleased with both, although the 2013 was better IMHO. Cheers

Hi Fusilli Jerry I adore Dalwhinnie Pyrenees Cab so thought i'd take the leap of faith with the Richardson when it was initially offered. mof_ take back most of what you don't like so end of the day no harm no foul. Have to say i was more than pleasantly surprised and while not in the same...

Ahoy Steady Trying to single out my fav VM purchases is like trying to rank my top 10 movies. Coming in at top of the pops would probably be Blue Poles Allouran 2008. Ended up buying about 12-15 cases and wasn't bored even after the 100th bottle. Hopefully that doesn't reveal too much about my...
