Much as I hate this concept I have used it I have paid 450 for a syd-akld upgrade and 1,100 for an lax syd a few times what i hate is less seats seem to be allocated for points upgrades now

I tried it in biz class on an lax Sydney definite improvement in comfort for sure. its a struggle for the crew as they are bulky only pain in biz class is all these fancy people that clog the loos donning and removing pyjamas!!!
