The other thing to keep in mind is the day of the week. I may be corrected by other more knowledgable members but I understand Tuesday is the day with fewer premium seats occupied.

I had 2400 wiped as of March 1st. I only flew during the last four months of my last calendar year... So I definitely don't feel like a spent a lot of time at the airport unlike others. Only 80 so far this month.... Damn you Qantas for not offering J MEL-DPO haha.

Not only does the food menu rarely get rotated, I swear some of the crackers have been around since I gained access in 2005. Probably the biggest thing is having enough space to sit down. I've been in lounges from both VA and QF that have been a tad tight on a few occasions.

The DSC promotion has not been smooth for me, each DSC has had to be added manually from the call centre. Some have been escalated to the loyalty team. Some won't be addressed till now (after the promo). The system doesn't seem to handle status runs (same sectors on the same day) and comfort...

It is startlingly good in CBR J, poor Melbourne is just plain woeful. Sydney is hardly a massive step up either. Hope they did more than just steam clean the carpets when the latter two re-open haha.

Had to call up to have my DSC's manually added for some comfort J seats I purchased. This ticked me over to WP... so yay for me. The interesting note is the system didn't pick up the DSC's this time around for the seat I actually sat in (on Jan 4th). They couldn't/wouldn't manually adjust that...

I wouldn't take any relief it was only a qualified speculation.

I have flown EK F 4-5 times now on the dash across the ditch. Had a shower once for the 'thrill' of it. The seat itself was a mixed bag in my opinion, you have plenty of length but I don't think the seat is any wider than the J product... unless you count when the arm rests dip in fully flat...
