There is definitely no online booking system for showers at the LHR T3 BA lounge, have no idea why they would have suggested this. FWIW the CX T3 lounge supposedly has the best showers in T3 (until it closes later this year).

The T&Cs state 'You must be travelling on an eligible Qantas operated international service.', so marketed does not appear to make any mention. I would also be curious to know if the OP can confirm whether flight is within the next 7 days as I am surprised that Qantas remove this option for...

There are several NZ bound flights in the evening, if the purposes are only for F lounging for the lunch menu why not go for one of those? Would be a lot more cost effective, and only 10 SC less each way and that's in J.

Technically not possible, but previous AMEX offers with similar T&Cs with regards to gift cards have been reported to be successful.

Slightly OT: Have SYD-AKL booked in Y next week, I don't have much experience with QF/Jetconnect 737-8's, and currently have row 4 EF selected, are these reasonable choices? From what I gather there's no bulkhead behind J..
