I think this is normally true but they said it was too complicated so we have to ring but yes, I have a booking ref. Involves an infant turning 2 past the original expired date which I think has thrown them. Refund would have been cheaper for Qantas given the work this has involved :)

Thanks, that's probably the best (only) option unless someone's done it before. It's a credit voucher and they said I had to ring to book. Trying to do some pre-planning as the voucher is for one person but the trip is for 5 others and need to book the rest straight away! Cheers Cambodia7

+1 for myvietnamvisa I used them in 2012 and had no trouble. They also send you a pdf of the form you need at the airport. At HCMC it took no more than 10 minutes to get through. Get $25 USD cash ready as they won't give change.
