I use it a lot as a WP but didn't know it was a listed benefit until now. I always did the 'I've just arrived from xx_ and wondered if I pop in here and wait for a colleague on a following flight' and had a 100% strike rate but realise now why.

I gave feedback regarding Domenico my good mate in the Syd J lounge. (bald guy with foreign accent) Always greets me with a smile and knows what I drink. He loves doing the rounds with the pretzels and ice cream in the afternoon. He proudly wears his excel pin.

Just putting it out there, if I was to attend at the last minute, who could tell me the best combination/value for money for flights and room. Ex BNE with JQ1 ex SYD. QF WP no loyalty program with hotel.
