Like robd (post #11 above), I waited 20+ business days for nothing to happen, then contacted VFF, who took my details and within a couple of days my HH status has been upgraded :)

At a guess, by looking at the fare rules in ExpertFlyer - it says tickets must be issued on/before 30th June.

Small correction - for travel until 30/7 (not 30/6). :)
