A letter to the CEO to advise of the misleading information and the compensation you seek may assist in resolving the matter. It has worked for me in the past (not credit card fees but on another long protracted matter)

Why they didn't wait until they could list ALL outstanding retro claims, irrespective of whether it is for a partner airline booking, a VA booking or accomodation etc is beyond me. Perhaps this will be an added feature in time to come. I find it exhausting chasing upretro claims with partners...

On previous occassions after submitting a retro claim I have contacted the plat desk if there has been no action after 3 weeks of the retro claim being lodged and have received prompt action to resolve the issue

Ahhhh figured it - you get 300 points for a booking and for this special period Dec to Jan you get an extra 200 bonus points (total 500 points) - Pity they dont have that on the T&C for each restaurant

I use one of my two luggage tags as ID to get into lounges when travelling overseas as it has the VA logo,on it with no issues. also use the GW card as it's quite competitive to other similar travel cards and I earn points for usage
